Returns

Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide the correct return destination and free return-shipping instructions. Depending on the product, returns may go to an accepting supplier or our company address above. You do not need supplier approval to exercise your rights against ZENVIAA. These routing instructions do not restrict a valid statutory withdrawal notice or complaint.
